MEMO PARIS is a fragrance house founded by John and Clara Molly in 2007. This couple started their love story In the elevator. Since then they have decided to embark on a journey together, which included both a love life and a marriage, as well as a shared business. John Molly grew up in the Irish countryside. Clara grew up in Andalusia. They both had a love of travel and adventure for a lifetime, and these were the inspiration for their brand’s fragrance collection. Memories of Love The brand MEMO PARIS is named after Clara's memories and these were collected from different parts of the world. As Clara says, she has tons of materials from her travels, and these materials are her endless inspiration. She collects metro tickets, history books, travel diaries and of course fragrances. Combined with perfume Eleanor from Sant, Clara and her brand have, at this stage, produced four collections of perfumes, in addition to which they have also been accompanied by home fragrances, and bathroom products. In addition to her talent as a perfume Clara is also a writer, and she has so far published three volumes related to the fragrance industry. The nose behind MEMO PARIS As mentioned, the nose behind the brand is by Eleanor Masant. She studied perfumery at Cinquima Sense and Firmanich before starting an internship at International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF), where she has worked since 1995. Her fragrance works include leading brands such as Liz Earl and others. She testifies that from an early age she became addicted to scents. And throughout her childhood she used to smell the food before eating it. Her parents were angry with her because of this and saw it as a "bad" habit. At the age of 20 she decided to turn to the field of employment and express her extraordinary fondness for fragrances. Among her five favorite scents in the world, she lists vanilla bean oil and claims it is her favorite scent. Even the scent of a newborn, when he or she is transferred from the womb, is considered by her to be a favorite scent because then it has animalistic and strong muscular notes. The powerful scent of the Atlantic Ocean. When you stand on a large and stormy beach, and the smells of iodine and salt come to her very favorite nose, she says it is a cloud of freshness and nature. The combination of incense and water also evokes many memories. And the smell of lotus flowers in lakes in Asia, a smell that is very difficult to reproduce, she says, because from the moment it is picked, the flower no longer smells. Her favorite perfume is Schmiller. As a perfume it can work on several perfumes simultaneously. And the only times she goes on vacation are when she has a cold. Brand Collections This brand includes 42 perfumes so far, with the earliest edition being created in 2007 and the newest being from 2020. His works are spread through four collections, with which MEMO PARIS re-marks the emotionally full sensory world map, And actually reinvents it through fragrances, components and sensations. The motto of this brand is 'Journey is the destination'. Among the brand's collections can be found " Les Échappées " - a collection of six fragrances that are different anchor points that actually lead from chic and bohemian Paris to the heart of Burma in the East. " Nomades Cuirs " is the second collection, this collection of the brand examines the skin label through six symbolic destinations, ranging from Africa to Italy. " Graines Vagabondes " sows a fragrance of natural seeds like sesame, which is still a rare ingredient in perfumes. And finally, there is the "Land of Art" which is a tribute of honor to all those mysterious territories that have been altered through the artistic hands of mankind.
