לאחר שיח מול נציגת השירות אמרה שהתבלבלה ושתשלח לי את הבושם הנכון, ואז אמרה גם שאצטרך להחזיר את האחד שקיבלתי, שכן כבר פתחתי אותו ועל כן בעיני לא ראוי למכירה, ובנוסף לכל היו, ועדיין יש בעיות עם המשלוח של המוצר הנכון, שכנראה אקבל רק שבוע הבא...
